SCORE Chapter to Offer Free Seminar on Developing and Managing Talent
SCORE, nonprofit association dedicated to helping small businesses get off the ground, grow and achieve their goals through education and mentorship, is offering a free program in February that can help any small business regardless of size and industry type.? This particular evening workshop will cover how a business owner can create an environment that allows him or her to maximize the performance of the available talent to develop and execute a winning business strategy.
The presenter for this program is John Harmon. John is Managing Director of Adulant Consulting Services which advises small and medium size businesses on strategies for growth and operating excellence.? His services include business and strategic plan development, strategic forecasting, marketing plan development and execution and operational efficiency improvement.? John has held senior leadership and executive positions at Eastman Kodak, the Gartner Group and Pitney Bowes in sales, marketing, quality management, strategic planning and new business development.
